“The Guest Room”
Located in the main part of The Cottage, comprising double bed, fitted wardrobes, chair,freeview digital TV, , radio alarm.
Private Bathroom, with bath and seperate shower.
Use of private guest lounge and access to kitchen.
All guests have use of outside patio seating areas, BBQ and garden. Off road secure parking.
B & B Guests are served breakfast [full english] in the conservatory of the main house but with prior notice breakfast can be provided in the room[Continental style only].
Rates**:
“The Guest Room” – from £45 single or £75 double occupancy per night including breakfast
** Standard tariff not applicable for Christmas, Easter and F1 Grand Prix week and Moto GP. POA for these dates.
Bunk Bed Room across the corridor at £10 per child per night, if required.
Additional facilities – washing machine, tumble dryer, internet, fax, copier. Use by arrangement.
Children welcome.
Unfortunately our facilities are not suitable for wheelchairs.
Our premises are regularly inspected and fully approved by Quality in Tourism, South Northants District Council and Northamptonshire Fire Service, Five Star rating for food hygiene, awarded by Northants County Council.
